These Terms govern your use of the Pingo mobile app, the merchant panel at
merchant.meetpingo.com, the admin console at admin.meetpingo.com, and this
marketing site at meetpingo.com (collectively, “Pingo”). By using Pingo, you
agree to the terms below.

1. Who we are
Pingo is operated by Digital Envision. We connect customers with nearby merchants offering local services and products.
2. Accounts
You must be 18 or older to use Pingo as a merchant. Customers must be old enough to form a binding contract in their jurisdiction. Keep your credentials private.
3. What Pingo does (and does not do)
Pingo introduces customers to merchants. Any transaction, work, or payment that follows an introduction is a direct agreement between the customer and the merchant. Pingo is not a party to that agreement and does not process payments between customers and merchants.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use Pingo to harass, defraud, or harm other users. Don’t post illegal, unsafe, or misleading requests or offers. Merchants must honour the prices, timelines, and scope they promise in their Pingo offers.
5. Reviews
Reviews must reflect honest, first-hand experience of a Pingo-mediated job. Fake reviews, incentivised reviews, and review-gating are prohibited.
6. Intellectual property
The Pingo name, logo, and software are owned by Digital Envision. Your content stays yours; by posting it you grant Pingo a limited licence to display it to relevant users.
7. Termination
We may suspend or close any account that breaches these Terms or puts other users at risk.
8. Disclaimers
Pingo is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee that every request will receive an offer, or that every offer will be accurate. Use common sense when working with any merchant.
