personal data when you use the Pingo mobile app, merchant web panel, admin
console, or marketing site at meetpingo.com.

What we collect
- Account data — name, email, phone, and (for merchants) business details.
- Request + offer data — details you post, prices merchants quote, chat transcripts.
- Location — the approximate area of a request, so nearby merchants can respond.
- Usage telemetry — basic analytics to understand which features are used.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your personal data.
- We don’t share your exact location with anyone other than the merchant you explicitly pick.
- We don’t use your chat content to train advertising models.
Who we share with
- Merchants who see your request receive enough information to respond with a useful offer.
- Service providers (Firebase, Stripe, Resend, Vercel) process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements.
- Legal requests — we comply with lawful requests from authorities when required to do so.

You can access, export, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing support@meetpingo.com.

Pingo is not intended for children under 13.
